Tracy worked as my Executive Assistant at Commonwealth Corporation, at a time of great transformation and change. Tracy is one of the best Executive Assistances I have had, providing processes and organizational improvements in all facets of her job, which greatly improved the productivity of the organization. She is always willing to provide support wherever she can, which was invaluable as our organization tripled in size during her time with us. She willingly took on increasing levels of responsibilities while effectively managing her day-to-day EA responsibilities. One example of this was serving as the Project Manager for our office move. This was a complex project, as Tracy worked with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, overseeing all aspects of our move. Thanks to Tracy, we were able to move on time, and under budget. Tracy even coordinated the office furniture!
